Production Manager (Semiconductor/High-Volume/Precision)

Job description

Oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities and lead production teams to deliver agreed targets for output, quality, efficiency and operating costs.
Review operational performance, identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions to improve throughput, productivity and process stability.
Drive improvement programmes across the production area, working with engineering and frontline teams to enhance processes and overall operational effectiveness.
Develop team capability through structured coaching, skills development and performance management.
Maintain high standards of cleanroom discipline, workplace organisation, safety and adherence to established operating procedures.
Requirements:

Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience managing production or manufacturing operations within a high-volume, precision manufacturing environment .
Proven experience leading frontline manufacturing teams, including engineers, team leaders and operators.
Strong understanding of production KPIs, process improvement, productivity and quality management.
Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across different functions.
