Process Engineer (Semiconductor, Yield & Process Improvement)

Job description

Oversee manufacturing process performance and work towards production, quality and yield objectives within a semiconductor environment.
Partner with global technology teams and internal stakeholders on process qualification, process transfer and evaluation of new materials, suppliers and consumables.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to strengthen process capability, improve yield and address recurring process or quality issues.
Analyse process data to identify trends, losses and improvement opportunities, coordinating technical investigations and corrective actions.
Develop sustainable process solutions and improvement practices using structured problem-solving and statistical methodologies.
Requirements:

Degree in Engineering, Science or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in semiconductor or precision manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of process control, quality systems, statistical analysis, SPC and Design of Experiments (DOE).
Experience applying structured problem-solving techniques such as 8D, Fishbone analysis, DOE and FMEA.
Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as JMP; knowledge of Visual Basic, databases or query tools.
