Join TAMOCHA at CapitaSpring, Raffles Place .

Earn a S$3,200 basic monthly salary after certification , with paid training at S$2,800 per month for new team members.

Your S$3,200 is basic salary , before any applicable overtime pay. You do not need to rely on overtime or bonuses to reach this amount.

No split shifts. Paid training. Staff meals. Clear salary progression. No previous F&B experience required.

Relevant experience? You may be assessed directly for an appropriate skill level.

Working hours are 44 hours per week across 6 days , with no split shifts. Rosters are published in advance so team members can plan their time outside work.

What You’ll Receive • S$3,200 basic monthly salary after certification

• S$2,800 per month during paid training

• Applicable overtime pay paid separately

• No split shifts

• 10 days of paid annual leave in the first year, progressively increasing to 14 days

• Staff meal for each 8-hour shift, or S$8 meal allowance when a meal cannot be provided

• One staff drink per shift

• Up to S$120 per year reimbursement for non-slip work shoes

Certified Staff: S$3,200

Senior Staff: S$3,500

Shift Leader: S$4,000 to S$4,200

Store Manager: S$4,800 to S$5,200

Progression is based on demonstrated skills and role certification, not only length of service.

Experienced candidates may be assessed directly for an appropriate level.

What You’ll Be Doing • Prepare tea beverages and other menu items according to operating standards

• Prepare and handle desserts

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service

• Operate the POS system and handle customer orders

• Maintain store cleanliness and food safety standards

• Restock ingredients, packaging and supplies

• Support general store operations and work together with the team during busy periods

Who We’re Looking For You do not need previous bubble tea or barista experience to apply.

Training is provided and paid.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual and willing to learn. You should be comfortable working in a hands-on F&B environment and working together with a team during busy periods.

Relevant experience in F&B, cafés, bubble tea, barista work, retail or customer service is welcome, but not required .
