招聘仓库分货员 / 包裹分拣员（夜班）
Hiring: Warehouse Sorter / Parcel Sorting Staff (Night Shift) 我们正在招聘仓库分货员/ 包裹分拣员，主要负责夜间将当天到仓的包裹完成分拣、扫描、装袋及出货准备，确保第二天司机可以顺利派送。
We are hiring warehouse sorters / parcel sorting staff. The main duties are tosort, scan, bag, and prepare parcels that arrive at the warehouse at night, sothat drivers can deliver them smoothly the next day.

工作内容 / JobDuties ·       负责夜间包裹分货、分拣，将货物按路线或区域整理好。
Sort parcels at night and arrange them by route or area.

·       完成包裹扫描及装袋工作。
Scan parcels and pack them into bags.

·       将当天司机需要配送的货物提前整理出来。
Prepare the parcels that drivers need to deliver.

·       等待司机到达仓库后，完成交接即可下班。
After the drivers arrive at the warehouse and handover is completed, you mayfinish work.

工作时间 /Working Hours ·       夜班时间：凌晨2:00 开始。
Night shift starts at 2:00 a.m.

·       每天需完成当天货物分拣后方可下班。
You may finish work after all parcels for the day have been sorted.

·       工作时间相对灵活：货量少、分拣完成得早，可提前下班。
Working hours are relatively flexible. If there are fewer parcels and sortingis completed early, you may leave earlier.

·       司机通常在早上6 点到达仓库。
Drivers usually arrive at the warehouse around 6:00 a.m.

包裹情况 /Parcel Details ·       包裹以小件为主，大部分体积不大。
Most parcels are small items and are not bulky.

·       约80% 的包裹重量在 3 公斤以内。
About 80% of the parcels weigh within 3 kg.

任职要求 /Requirements ·       能够长期适应夜班工作，作息稳定。
Able to work night shifts long-term with a stable schedule.

·       做事认真负责，能够按要求完成分拣、扫描和装袋。
Responsible and able to complete sorting, scanning, and bagging as required.

·       身体健康，能接受一定的搬运工作。
Physically fit and able to handle some carrying work.

·       有仓库、物流、快递分拣经验者优先；无经验也可学习。
Experience in warehouse, logistics, or parcel sorting is preferred. Noexperience is also welcome; training can be provided.
