Responsibilities

Deliver a wide range of hair services including haircut, wash and blow, coloring, rebonding, styling, and other treatments to meet client expectations
Provide personalized haircare advice using plant-based Aveda products to enhance client satisfaction and hair health
Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure repeat business and positive client experiences
Collaborate with team members to support a positive and professional work environment
Participate in continuous training programs to improve hairstyling skills and advance career progression
Engage with media projects to build personal brand and gain exposure
Preferred competencies and qualifications

Passion for hairstyling and creativity in delivering hair services
Experience working in a salon environment or similar customer-facing role
Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

Location: Orchard Singapore
Compensation & Benefits:

Hairstylists earn up to S$4,000 to 6,000/month with a competitive commission structure
Assistants earn up to S$3,500/month with commission opportunities
