Job description
To identify and develop new business opportunities with focus in Ocean freight forwarding or Contract Logistics (Warehousing, Distribution, etc.)
Promote existing customers’ retention, cross selling and upselling
Work with Pricing team on Ocean freight in order to secure competitive rate and space with carrier
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management preferred
More than 5 years’ experience in logistics/Ocean freight business
Proven track record in generating New Business Development/Sales account
Candidate with experiences working in a Global/ Top forwarding company will be viewed favorably
Knowledge in overall logistics business (Air, Ocean, Local Transportation, Warehouse) is a plus
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Strong proficiency in MS Office
