Job Summary
Our newly opened salon seeks an experienced Salon Manager to lead daily operations, drive team performance, and ensure excellent customer service. You will apply your extensive salon knowledge to achieve business goals and foster a motivated, goal-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
Apply extensive knowledge of salon management to optimize workflows and customer satisfaction
Motivate and guide the salon team to achieve performance targets and maintain high service standards
Implement strategies to drive business growth and enhance client retention
Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a competent and engaged team
Monitor inventory and supplies to maintain operational readiness
Resolve customer issues promptly to uphold the salon’s reputation and client loyalty
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Demonstrate leadership skills to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively
Exhibit strong motivation and goal orientation to meet and exceed business objectives
Show competence in salon operations and customer service excellence
