Rotating Shifts - 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm
Serangoon North
Permanent Position
Duties:

Perform setup, inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment and related systems.
Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and alarms, carry out repairs and adjustments, and ensure equipment is operating properly.
Carry out maintenance and recovery work to support smooth production and minimize equipment downtime.
Record maintenance activities, equipment issues, repairs, parts used, and test results accurately.
Assist Engineers with troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Support equipment installation, commissioning, upgrading, modification, and other equipment-related projects.
Participate in continuous improvement and process improvement activities.
Maintain spare parts, tools, testing equipment, and workshop areas in good condition.
Support safety initiatives, audits, planned shutdowns, and production recovery activities.
Coordinate and monitor contractors and suppliers when required.
Escalate recurring or unresolved equipment issues to the relevant Engineer.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Diploma or technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on equipment maintenance or manufacturing technical experience
