Job Summary
As a Field Service Engineer, you will deliver expert technical support and customer service for analytical instrumentation across Singapore, ensuring service goals are met and customers receive top-tier technical assistance.
Responsibilities
Perform on-site preventive maintenance, installation, qualification, troubleshooting, and repair for Ion Chromatography (IC), Liquid Chromatography (LC), Mass Spectrometry (MS), and Spectroscopy (FTIR/microscopes) systems
Maintain accurate and timely service documentation, including service and preventive maintenance reports, within company business systems
Manage instrument escalations and warranty claims promptly and accurately to ensure swift issue resolution
Achieve all service performance metrics, quality standards, and financial targets for the team
Build and sustain strong customer relationships by delivering proactive technical support and trusted service
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Technical Support, Customer Service, Product Management, Manufacturing, Sales, and Marketing to ensure seamless customer experiences
Execute additional duties appropriate to the Field Service Engineer role as required
