Job description
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare age-appropriate teaching aids and implement the programs in class
Keep accurate records of children’s progress
Communicate regularly with parents
Use positive guidance strategies and techniques
Responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance, decorations, and learning environment of the school
Maintain and build strong relationships with the students and their parents.
Job Requirements:
Min. Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (DECCE-T)
Creative and inspiring with a loving energy for children
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Fluent in spoken and written Chinese
Willingness to be a team player in a child-oriented environment
