Job description

Assembly Operator (Earn up to $120/day, $3000+/month with $500 completion bonus)

Role

Assemble wire harnesses and cable assemblies to specification, meeting quality and delivery targets.

Responsibilities

• Cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires and cables

• Assemble harnesses using drawings, work instructions, and wiring diagrams

• Sleeve, tape, and label connections

• Perform visual checks and continuity testing

• Maintain a clean, safe workstation

• Meet daily output and quality targets

Requirements

• Wire harness or cable assembly experience preferred (training provided)

• Able to read basic wiring diagrams and assembly drawings

• Good eyesight, colour discrimination, and manual dexterity

• Familiar with crimping tools preferred

• Able to work 6 days per week

Salary

🟢 Monday - Friday (Total $115/day)

• 8.30am to 6pm ($10/hr) (1hr unpaid break)

• 6.15pm to 8.15pm ($15/hr) (2hrs OT) (no break)

🟢 Saturday or Sunday (Total $120/day)

• 8.30am to 5.30pm ($15/hr) (9hrs OT) (1hr unpaid break)

🟢 3-months Completion bonus - $500
