Job Summary

Clinic assistant or nurse role in a dermatology specialist clinic supporting daily operations, managing administrative tasks, and assisting the doctor with procedures.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the dermatology specialist clinic to maintain smooth workflow and patient service
Perform clinic administrative tasks including stock taking and inventory management to ensure adequate medical and office supplies
Conduct routine maintenance checks on clinic devices to ensure they function properly and safely
Respond promptly and professionally to patient enquiries via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls to support effective communication
Assist the doctor during clinical procedures and daily operations to facilitate patient care and treatment
Carry out ad-hoc administrative and clinic duties as needed to support overall clinic efficiency
Use MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic IT skills to complete documentation and administrative tasks accurately
Required competencies and certifications

Minimum GCE O Levels
Preferred competencies and qualifications

Relevant working experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred
Enrolled or registered nurses are welcome to apply
